Refund policy
Returns
You can return the products you bought through the online store, either because you simply changed your mind, or because you found a problem. By returning a product, you have the option to request a refund or request a replacement with another product. Recommended Return Service
For Greece: You can, if you wish, deliver the goods to ACS, without paying and we will deduct the shipping cost (€3.90 up to 2 kg plus €0.60 for each additional kilo) from the return value.
For Cyprus: You can, if you wish, call ACS Cyprus at 77 777 227 and find out about the nearest ACS store where you can give the returned parcel (cost 2€ to 5 kg) or ask to pick it up from your place with the ACS D2D service (cost 3.6€ up to 5 kg) In any case, Please enclose the returned parcel with the completed that you will find in your parcel or a note with the details you provided when ordering and instructions on whether you want a refund or a replacement.

Refunds
Refunds are made by means similar to the one used at the time of purchase. In case of payment by card or via PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting your card or your PayPal account. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, you will receive the amount by deposit in your bank account.
Replacements
In case you request a replacement with another item upon your return, you will not be charged shipping costs for the delivery of your package.
